Background of the Company:

After working for a long period in this trade, it was realized that the actual work in being performed by the workforce under effective supervision. The rich people form the company but they do not practically work rather the poor workers are victimized. Company makes money but the persons who do the work; they get very poor salary and that also not on regular basis. In view of such a situation prevailing in town, we formed this company to benefit the poor workers.

Objective:

DITE’S main objective is to provide better services by professional and skilled workers for the client and at the same time to pay handsome salary on the 10th day of the following month to the poor worker s that do the job.

Management:

The proprietor has no other business (like other companies) and not retired government bureaucrat and therefore actively involved to this job and personally inspects/ supervise the activities and work. The manager controls the office set-up and experienced supervisors are assigned for 10-15 employees. We arrange the supply of all required cleaning equipment and chemicals materials and therefore the clients do not require to purchase procure any supplies.

Financial Strength:

We do not claim that we are a reach company but certainly we are financially sound to run the company, pay the staff salary, supply of cleaning equipment, materials. We definitely do not depend on the payment to be received from the client to pay our staff salary.

Recruit Policy:

We employ skilled workers with minimum required educational background at 50:50 ratios (Male/Female) of 20-35 years. They are of good health (free from skin and infectious diseases),, young, energetic, honest and polite. We basically try to employ poor boys and girls, particularly from the Tribal community (who are relatively more presentable, active, honest and polite). Indirectly, our approach creates job opportunities for the needy people and thus help on poverty elevation programmed of the company. We pay handsome salary to our employees on the 10th day of the following month irrespective of payment we receive from the Client. We belief staff ifs our strength. We provide uniform (as approved by the client) twice in a year. In addition to the routine supervisory staff, the owner personally supervises the overall activities and maintain close lies with the concerned/designated official to meet the requirement.

Training:

We provide them in-house briefing/training for one week following by two weeks practical attachment training with old staff with the existing client’s and only those who become skill are posted to the job. Furthermore, we conduct regular counseling to enhance their skills.

Staff Welfare:

We pay handsome salary to the staff. We pay them on the 10th day of the following month irrespective of payment we receive from the clients. They get 12 days paid annual leave and 10 days paid sick leave in a year. Maternity leave 3 months (No maternity no pay). We provide them staff uniform (as approved by the client).

Termination:

We terminate any staff immediately, if the performance and behavior does not improve even after reported counseling. Supervision and Inspection: For a group of 10-15 staff, we assign a full time Supervisor. The proprietor personally inspect the activities periodically (at least 2/3 times in a week). Discuss with the designated official of the clients to ensure that the work is being done satisfactorily.
